All purchases made from our website are FINAL SALE.

Artwork:

All artwork items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, except in cases of flaws in workmanship, such as defective stitching or material imperfections.

If you receive a damaged item, you have 5 days from delivery to inspect your order and contact us at info@artehausstudios.com to report the issue.

Please note that all sales are final, except under the conditions outlined above.

STORE SECURITY

This store processes payments through PayPal, which uses industry-standard encryption (SSL) to protect your information during transit.

PAYMENT CHOICE & STORE SECURITY: 

When making a purchase, you have the flexibility to choose your preferred payment method at checkout. While PayPal is one of the options available, you are not required to have a PayPal account to complete your purchase. If you do have a PayPal account, you are welcome to use it for your convenience.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders are subject to customs fees and duties as determined by the destination country. These additional charges are the customer's responsibility.

EDITION RELEASES

Edition releases are limited to one piece per customer. Orders for more than one of any edition item will be canceled. Orders associated with reseller accounts or suspected bot purchases will also be canceled.

TRACKING

All orders are shipped within 7 business days of being placed, unless a different timeframe is specified for a specific product. You will receive an email with your tracking number once shipped. If you do not receive an email with tracking information after 7 business days, please contact us at info@theartehaus.com.
