Julian Davíd Studio is an artist duo established in 2018 in Chicago, IL, that now has bi-continental bases. Existing in the process and driven by the why and how, we work to share our knowledge from experimentation and exploration, and breathe new life into old schools of thought in places that weren’t historically meant for us. Neither parties come from formal training and we chose to see this as a strength rather than hinderance. By combining our preexisting expertise in the fields of painting, fashion, interior design and the culinary arts, we created a greater well of reference that our ideas benefit greatly from. Our practice is composed of conceptual design and artisanal ingenuity to build a sanctuary out of seating, sculpture and form.
